Second time working my triceps like this and holy crap there is a huge difference. I have never felt them pump up like that before.
Gave this a go as noted in my latest journal entry. Perhaps it was due to me doing triceps at the end of my major compounds, but I noticed a difference in the crest of the triceps. Lot of things to Rx and retry, but I will give this a few more shots until I give my official $.02
