This fad diet currently a hot topic in the fitness world. Does anyone use this? Have you had success with IIFYM? What are you thoughts on it?
It has its place and it depends on the persons goal. IMO as long as you are getting a majority of you food from quality sources it can work and it give individuals a little more freedom and they are more likely to stick to a plan. The main problem with it s people use it as an excuse to eat junk and a lot of processed foods.
