    Sleep

    Wannabebig,

I've been battling issues with my sleep for years. I have fixed my nutrition and now take herbal supplements to further improve on this issue. How many of you wake up two or three times per sleep session? How many of you have a hard time falling asleep or waking up? If you do, I possibly have ideas or recommendations to help you.

    Matt

This happens to me occasionally during school/football season. Definitely stress related.

ETS has helped keep me asleep. Getting to bed and waking up are always issues. It sucks.

I don't normally have issues falling asleep, but when I am stressed or my mind just won't shut up I take some melatonin before bed. It helps a lot.

Without knowing what neurotransmitters everyone here is dominate and deficient in, I can make a few suggestions. I would recommend everyone take Magnesium Glycinate, 5HTP, Inositol, Gaba, and Melatonin. If anyone needs further explanations I would be more than happy to help. If you want to find out what neurotransmitters you're dominate and deficient in please let me know.

I'll be honest, I'm not 100% sure what you're referring too. Enlighten me.
