    As far as a book I'm not sure. I have read articles and research papers from him. Most of his books are about the anabolic diet.

    The model is something he laid out but then I researched on my own to understand each points of the model individually then apply that to program design. One of the best program design books out there and how to coach and assess clients is by Scott Abel called "The Abel Approach". Some of the best information you will find out there. He was my mentor for 5 years. he also trained Ben Pak when he first started getting into bodybuilding.
