Whenever I do lying leg curls, if I try to go all the way up (fully flexed)my hamstrings tend to cramp.
I can use a decent amount of weight, like around 160 for sets of 8-12, but for these, I dont quite go all the way up.
Today, I decided to do them very controlled and just be careful. I was able to do it wiithout cramping, but I was also using only 40lbs.
I can deadlift 425 and squat around 365. On the seated leg curls I never have had any problem and do single leg sets with 60-80 lbs.
Has anyone else experienced this?
And should I try to address this, or just drop the lying leg curls?
