    500 plus raw Bench finally after 4 years post bicep injury

    I benched 505 today. This is the most I have done since I tore my bicep/shoulder in September of 2009. Pretty happy with this. Hopefully in 8 weeks I can pause this in the meet.

    Squat:765 with wraps. / 700 raw with out wraps
    Bench: 525
    Deadlift: 755
    Total: Raw with wraps: 2000. with out wraps: 1925

    Best lifts Equipped
    1050, 840, 715. Total: 2605

    Great job Scott!!! I noticed you've taken some ideas from Josh Bryant's book about the isometrics and CAT presses. Do you feel those have helped?

    Great bench especially considering you flared and got out of your lats so quickly. If you fix that 500 with a pause should be a breeze. Nice work.

    The cat / iso mini cycle was nuts. His book is cool. Lots of cool mini cycles. The heavier cat stuff has given me a new out look on force and pushing hard.

    I flared my elbows with a vengeance lol. How did you like the cluster work. Was it a long workout? I'm thinking of trying those next mini cycle.
