    ETA: Can't be final...what's next on your agenda? Bulk? Or are you going to try and maintain for a while. Either way, inspirational to say the least.

    This is far from the final goal, I just wanted to do a body re composition. I have big plans for next summer and currently just staying leaning while adding quality size. You don't have to get big and sloppy to add quality size.

    How, exactly, are you planning on doing that?
    Bench: 350
    Squat: 475
    Dead: 500

    By continuing how I'm eating now, but increase food amounts and cheat meals. I consume carbs every2 or 3 days and strictly post workout. My dietary fat is incredibly high, since my body runs much better on fats. I could get into specifics if you want, but I'm staying peeled without trying that hard.
