Really good stuff Allen. As someone with longer arms I have always struggled with pull-ups and never felt that I got much out of them. I have been trying various rows, pulldowns, etc to find lifts that make me really feel my lats more and those are the ones I have been sticking with. Is this the right approach? I am sure there may be exercises where my technique could be tweaked to better feel them but without having direct coaching should I just stick to what I can feel the most?
Deadlift - 475, Front Squat - 320, Back Squat - 405
