    Squat Drop set video

    This was my second exercise of my quad day and I did the drop on my 4th set after 3 sets of 315 lbs for 10 reps with a 3 sec negative.

    Not sure I would be able to walk after that, I bet your legs were on fire
    6'1", 215lbs

    Deadlift - 475, Front Squat - 320, Back Squat - 405
