    18 weeks out

    I am 18 weeks out from my next contest. I have stayed in good condition this off season and look to come in at the top of the Light-heavys. Current weight is 215 lbs

    Seem ready to turn it up here. So you will compete around 198? I know you go more by mirror than actual weight, but was just wondering on a ballpark.

    I should be around 195.

    At the mid-way point during prep I'm going to drive up to Columbus and train with John Meadows and maybe Dave Tate at Elite FTS to push me to another level. Should be a blast.
