Been running the Cube Method and decided to test out my squats. Didn't really mean to go this heavy but, I was feeling good.

Seems you may have had some more in you, for sure. 425-440 maybe.

This was my second lift of 450lbs. I had someone record the first one but, the camera was working right and didn't record anything. haha A strength coach (the one on my right) wanted to show his lifters the 450lbs squat... I had a video of the 425lbs and said use that since you can't really see the weights.. He said "or you can just do it again!" So I did.

Saw your posts on facebook and the cube page, solid meet man. Seems like we pretty much are associated with all the same places, haha. We're in good company no doubt. Congrats on the 900 total, that's absolutely phenomenal. Here's to 1000!
