    3 day out from Sacremento Pro

    Here is my client IFBB pro Jake Phippen 3 days out from the Sacramento pro. He is having 300g carbs today and drinking 8 liters of water and doing zero cardio. Last week I gave him double cheeseburger and fries to fill him out as he was dropping weight and I didn't want him losing anymore at this point. There will be no cutting water, sodium, crazy carb loads, etc..just drinking regular amounts the day of the contest and eating same diet.
