From what I can tell, he just broke the all time total. 959 squat, 573 bench, 862 deadlift and he still had his 3rd deadlift attempt if he took it. I'm at work right now so I couldn't watch the live feed. I did see his 1000lb squat attempt that was red lighted for depth, but damn it moved so freaking fast. Amazing strength.
Old record was Don Reinhoudt at 2391. Andrey's total without 3rd attempt DL is 2394, if he took that 3rd attempt it's 2424. Guys a freaking monster.

I believe he finished with a 2425 total. Mindblowing. And that 1003 pound squat was unbelievably fast and I am surprised it got red lighted.
I believe that record has stood for 38 years, a testament to how great of a lifter Don Reinhoudt was.
The thing is Andrey could do another 100lbs. or more easy. He looks like he could squat 1030lbs. or so raw with how easy his squats look. That is what is so impressive to me about him. Not only did he convincingly beat a huge record, but his lifts looked easy while doing so.
Best competition lifts:
650lbs. raw squat
441lbs. raw bench
580lbs. raw deadlift
1650lbs. raw total
That man is good for 2500 easy which doesn't even sound right, lol. Hell, if he got his 1003 squat, that's 2468. I feel like i'm talking about geared lifting, lol. I heard a rumor that he is trying to make it here in the U.S. to compete at RUM7, I sure hope so. Awesome job Andrey and congrats on becoming (IMO) the best raw powerlifter on the planet!

Depth or not I really don't understand how 1003 can possibly look that easy.
