The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Bench Press form check video

Hello guys, I'm currently running Wendler's 5/3/1 and today was my 3rd bench session of cycle 2 (5/3/1+ session) where I was supposed to hit 255x1+. I'd like to get feedback/tips, etc about my bench technique and whether it looks fine or not. The vid is my top set (255x5). Thanks in advance.

I think your butt might come off the bench a few times from seeing light under your left leg during parts of the set, but it's too hard to tell for sure from that angle. That's the only thing you might want to be mindful of. Everything else looked good though.

I would slow things down a hair. Give a little room in between reps. Think of sets as a group of singles. You will be able to get air better and reset for each rep and that could equal more reps.

I think you can probably get your legs a little further underneath your body. That will help with a bigger arch, being tighter, and better leg drive. You need to feel super uncomfortable on the bench.
