Going on my first cut after bulking. Would like a little advice.

Hey guys just about to go on my first cut after bulking from 137-205. Kinda nervous about losing hard-earned muscle but i need to get rid of some of this fat. looking to cut down to 185lbs. I work out 4-5 days a week depending on my schedule. I don't do any cardio for the time being.

    Lift maxs
    Bench-300
    squat-320
    deadlift-350

    weight-205
    height 6'2.5
My cutting macros stand at: Carbs-211. Fats-78. Prot-214.5
    Calorie total-2400 (for cut)

Does everything look good? Should I add some HIIT? Do you think 185 will be too low/high?
Got a couple pics to go along with. 2 before i started lifting/bulking, and 3 very recent pics.

Why are you starting your diet at 2,400 cals? You should start a little below your current intake and then gradually drop from there.

Alright I'm pretty new so I thought that would be fine. My previous intake was 3400 calories so I'll drop a little from there and gradually work my way down. Thanks!

Great advice from Chris. Yeah, I recommend taking a couple hundred calories out of your carbs on non training days. Are you in a rush?

    Supplements I currently take: Nitrean , BCAA , Creatine 500 , Multi-Plus , Fish Oil

No, my day is actually pretty laid back. Besides lifting the only exercise I get is walking to classes.

I would wait until after Christmas(if you celebrate) to start dieting. Too much good food to enjoy.

It's your choice, but since you have some height, maybe consider bulking up again after you shed a few love pounds. Or hell, just continue bulking. You can easily get passed 205 in the future.
    Bench: 350
    Squat: 475
    Dead: 500

He meant are you in a rush to lose the body fat? In other words, doing it slowly is best as you will maintain more lean muscle mass that way.

My recommendation is to keep building your foundation. I get clients all the time who want to lean out,but don't have the solid foundation they need first. You are not carrying much fat and if you truly want to gain substantial size take the time and keep building it. I see guys do this all the time where they start gaining a little fat and start dieting down, then go back to gaining and then repeating it over and over. You are self sabotaging yourself by doing this. Now I don't mean to just gain a bunch of scale weight but take your time and build at a nice steady pace.

If anything stay at maintenance for a few months then resume slightly increasing calories.
