Hey guys just about to go on my first cut after bulking from 137-205. Kinda nervous about losing hard-earned muscle but i need to get rid of some of this fat. looking to cut down to 185lbs. I work out 4-5 days a week depending on my schedule. I don't do any cardio for the time being.
My cutting macros stand at: Carbs-211. Fats-78. Prot-214.5
Calorie total-2400 (for cut)
Does everything look good? Should I add some HIIT? Do you think 185 will be too low/high?
