I am new to snatches, followed this lesson from
californiastrength on snatches on youtube

I have been trying olympic snatches with light weights
approx. 120 lbs. for just 2 months.
I notice that a day after the snatch training, my elbows
aches when I put weight on them for 3 days,
why I am i aching. Is it bec when the Weight is
above my head, the way the arms are spread out, it puts weight on opposite
side of the elbow joint, it hurts when you bend it
on the opposite side, its not doing this before I
