The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Introducing Myself!

Hey guys, just thought i'd introduce and tell a little about myself!

I'm 18, senior in high school, and i am an aspiring power lifter. I started really lifting about 2 years ago, although i have not always had a goo diet. I'm currently thinking about joining the Air Force Reserves after high school. Looking forward to the wisdom on this website!

What's up BigB. What program are you running right now? There are some of the strongest powerlifters in the US on this site with journals, check it out and start your own.

Right now i am running program my powerlifting coach has, i really don't know if it has a name. I have ran the 5x5 program twice before but now i'm going with what my coach has showed me. It's a 4 day program that each workout can be done in about 45 minutes since we don't have much time during the day to do it. However, after i graduate i plan on still signing up for more powerlifting meets, any suggestions on programs i could be running?

As far as recommending a program, the Cube Method is what I've been running the past month and I've really enjoyed it. Juggernaut is also a good one. The reality of it is...any program you get in on is going to work as long as you bust your ass on it and stay consistent.

Ill have to check both of those out but i agree to bustin your ass. My hardest thing is to get my diet in check though, just always seems tough to be consistent on that when you got your buddies shoving McD's down their throats!
