So what's everyone looking to accomplish in 2014?
2013 was kinda of a bust for me competitively but I'm working on correcting some things and making a better show of things next year.
Sometimes there isn't much more you can do other than be 100% honest with yourself about where you are at and the distance between where you need to be.
I have really dedicated myself to benching 900 equipped and 600 raw both at 275. It's proven to be a really difficult thing to do but I enjoy the challenge. The stronger you get, the harder and harder you have to work.
900 equipped bench at 275 (to beat Travis to the 900 equipped and 600 raw ). To place in top three in a novice division NAS strongman.
Well, mine are a bit out there I'd say, but dream big right?
BW = 242. Currently at 284 down from 464.
Bench = 350 Currently at 320
Deadlift = 625 Old 1rm is 550 in a meet, I've repped 545 for 3 reps and had more in me, so unknown on true 1RM.
Squat = 500 Currently 465.
260's by May
I'm only a few pounds away from a 405lbs Bench, so that is one goal for 2014. As far as Squat and Deads, Im getting closer to 550lbs for each, so Im hoping those fall as well.
On a side note, Mark! that is an awesome weight loss.
I would like to squat 700 raw in the usapl and get my bench back over 500.

Bench 451lbs. or above raw in February.
Bench 460lbs. or above raw by the end of 2014.
Squat heavy again and squat over 700lbs. raw in a meet either with or without wraps near the end of 2014.
Deadlift over 600lbs. raw finally at any point in 2014.
Total 1750lbs. or above raw by the end of 2014.
Bench over 600lbs. in a bench shirt of any kind in a meet at any time in 2014.
Best competition lifts:
650lbs. raw squat
441lbs. raw bench
580lbs. raw deadlift
1650lbs. raw total
Great job Mark, if you can do that, I can get my big a$$ under 275. That is a goal of mine as well for 2014. Yeah, and to stay there or less.
Put at least 50 on my deadlift and 25 on my squat. 20lbs on my current bench.
I dream bigger as I get older. I totaled 1500 this year. 1550-1600 is my goal for 2014.

2013 wasn't all that great for me. I did hit a PR bench and deadlift at my last meet (which i'm happy about), but I failed twice on hitting a PR total. So my goal is to hit a PR total at Raw Unity 7 in February @ 242.
Other then that, I would like to do the following at @ 242:

Be able to stay injury free. About a year and a half ago I slightly tore my left glute. This year I ended up pulling the right side of my neck and trap area pretty bad, and I've been having pretty bad hip problems on my left side. Also on top of that I got a new job and wasn't able to train as consistently as I would've liked too and I have dropped 25lbs of bodyweight
So besides staying injury free in the new year, my goals for 2014 are to
1. Drop to the 198's
2. Get my squats back to the 600 range(or at least close to it)
3. Get my bench back to the mid 400 or higher range
4. Deadlift over 500
5. To get back onto the platform(I haven't been able to compete in almost 2 years)

What are you referring to? Do you mean anabolics?
Besides technical issues i need to work on, as in squat depth, deadlift lockout, and simply more work on the bench, i'm confident in a 2200+ total @ 242/275 this year.
