    Came down with a sinus infection today so i took the day off. I'm hoping this doesn't hinder my lifting progress by much. Got some medicine and feeling better already so Lets hope i keep going up hill.

    Didnt get hardly any workout in didnt really have time. But i did get in the best deadlift workout ive had since my back injury, shows that im on my way up i guess!

    Yet another PR set today since the injury. Starting to feel really good with this program. My deads and squat are both coming along great. Hopefully bench will follow them.

    Does anyone know if I sign up for a membership with USPA as ahigh school student will I ned to renew to an adult once I graduate?

    Wasn't able to work out on Monday due to a funeral I had to attend. SO chest day will be Friday. Had a good deadlift workout today though. Dint have quite the same energy as last week but still puled some good numbers.

    Hell yes i was man. It makes me sad to think of where i could of been if i didn't have that injury. But i just tell myself it shows adversity!

    So last week I only got 2 workouts in and our coach wanted us to max out to see where we are at so my new PR's are...

    I was pretty excited about the DL and Squat max but bench was kind of depressing, anyways since school is over now I will be starting to workout at 6:30 A.M. instead of after lunch.

    Today started my official summer workout and weightlifting schedule. 6:30 A.M. Monday-Thursday. Also going to be starting the CarbNite diet for the next week or two and see how I like it. I saw Mark Bell had major help with it so I figured why not.

    Today was bench, after a week off didn't feel too bad but I know bench is something I will really need to be focusing on this summer.

    SO a run down of the last few days..

    Back was giving me a bunch of trouble after last week, so I called the doctor and he said I should try taking a week off from lifting and hopefully it can heal a little better. So this week I'm offand I should be ready to go next week!

    My next powerlifting meet will be August 30th if my back is healed well enough by then. Having some major trouble trying to decide if i want to cut to 198 or stay where i am. I feel I would compete a bunch better at 198 but y lifts also won't quite be the same.

    Been a while since an update.

    I'll be starting Wendlers 5/3/1 for the next 8 weeks. Then I will begin prep for powerlifting meet. So ill start to log again. I've also decided to drop my calories down a bit, even though i haven't been gaining weight I just want to try for a month or so what lower calories will do for my strngth.
