I'm having some trouble right now. I currently attend boarding school and due to that my access to healthy food is limited. About only one of the three meals they have a day is healthy, even if I did eat all the meals that would not be enough calories. There's water fountains, so I easily get a gallon of water a day in probably. I also have some Orange Triad multivitamin left, as well as a unopened thing of Animal Pak. I also bought some mass gainer as a way to get calories in easier. I am still coming up short though, can anyone help me out or give me some tips?
