Does anyone get headaches or body pains of any kind from being out of the gym for too long, either with rest days or when you schedule breaks for 2 weeks/a month? I just had my 2 weeks off (1 week sick) but at the gym today a gym friend said he couldn't be out of the gym for very long because he gets aches and pains and that he never schedules breaks because of this. I'm not good at arguing points even when I have the facts but is there any truth to what he's saying about their being pains on break? What would be the easy science to schedule breaks (Longer than just 1 or 2 days)?
