Hello everyone. I noticed the ALN Lean mass stack and I'm really interested but I have a few questions. I'm currently taking the nitrean black series, BCAA, Results, axcel, mulitplus, and fish oil. I'm currently on a calorie deficit as I came off a 3mo bulk with great results. Is there a limit to how many amino acids that I can take in and absorb? If so, is the excess harmful? I say this because in the mass stack both Conjugate and BCAA contain similar aminos, specifically leucine which is also in the nitrean black series. Also in the product label for conjugate it says not to consume protein within 2 hrs I believe, so should I not take the nitrean considering in the mass stack directions it says to take conjugate PWO? In conclusion I would like to purchase this if it's a good fit, but I need further direction as to how I should be taking these in conjunction with my current products.
