Everything felt really good. The 425 was an absolute max squat, I really had to grind it out. Although 2 weeks ago I felt the same about 385 so things are moving in the right direction. My goal for the day was 405 and I spent a few minutes after that deciding whether to take it again, or go up 10 or 20 lbs. I ultimately made the right decision.

The 455 DL was also a max and I had to fight to finish it. Right now I'm just trying to be consistent about squatting and pulling and will just try to keep making progress on those lifts while keeping it simple.

Really hoping this snow is all cleared up by Friday night. I can't wait to bench again.
