I'm just curious which type of extensions you guys prefer and if you have any videos showing how you perform them? It seems to me that form on extensions varies greatly, even amongst seasoned lifters and its not always easy to figure out which might be best. My triceps have always been a weakness and even though it might mostly be genetic, or the fact that I only weigh ~180-185, but I seem to have no meat on my arms down by my elbow. It seems most strong benchers arms are very thick in that area. I would like to see the way you guys do Rolling DB ext, Tate Presses, JM Presses, etc. Thanks guys
