I've always been really interested in Sheiko, and through extensive research of it, I've seen people mention Korte a few times. I'm not really too familiar with it, but I decided to download a spreadsheet anyways.
Has anyone here had success with it? The volume isn't really as high, but the reps seem to be about the same (though obviously lighter weight) in the first phase and you rep out your previous 1RM in the last week of the second phase.
I've heard that some people use it before they delve into Sheiko 29, but would it be good even for someone that is already used to high volume?
Sheiko works for me, but I always like trying new things.
Just wondering what peoples' experience here is with Korte.
