What is it and why?
I feel like my lats are lacking, I've been doing a lot of face pulls with a concentrated squeeze on each rep, liking them a lot so far.

Band press downs all day. Simple yes but of all the accessory work I have done over the years in terms of really helping my bench, these have destroyed my triceps in all the best ways and helped me so much in terms of lockout and over all pressing ability.
