My name is Tim Gale. I have been competing for almost 6 years now. I train with JI (jersey Iron Crew). I have competed full equipped and bench only in the past. But last year and a half now I have been dealing with some injuries that won't go away. (tore my pec-shoulder tie in on left side) and haven't been able to pull or squat in 6 months due to back/hip issues.
I have done one meet in all this time(single ply bench)@275 with 570 bench back in Nov 2013. Since I have started training more bodybuilder style and tried leaning out. down from 272 to 252 now.
I am now training for Rps meet March 8th in Bristol @242. Hoping for big things and maybe get back up to numbers I'm missing.
