    upper access
    speed bench straight weight-3x9sets @185 light but meet next week
    inc close grip with asst. pullups 275x5 315x3x2sets then 55 on asst. but a little tweak in the right lat DAMN
    front raises with side lats 25 x 12 x 3
    tri pushdowns 95 x30 x 2
    Ok I leaned my lesson. no more lifting until after this meet
    weight is holding steady at 255

    march 8 2014 Bristol bench Rps meet "write -up"
    After a long week of snow, stress and friggin stomach virus I decided not to cut and would just go into the meet as a light 275. I weighed in this morning at 255.8.
    With me being sick this week I figured stay with the planned opener but really had no idea what to expect.

    bar x 10 x 2 135 x 5 x 2sets 225 x 1 x 2
    315 x 1 365 x 1

    shirt on (50 single ply Roosters blue Katana)
    495 x 1 2brd 585 x 1 2brd
    I took last warm-up on meet platform felt easy. thought about maybe moving opener but decided against it.
    opener 650

    so for second Tone suggested 700 and I said ok 705 it is


    ok after that Tone said 750. I called for 735, haven't touched anything over 725 to a brd and I missed that so.


    Failed for up down in middle of the lift. Sucks I was so close. Oh well, left me hungry for more. looks like I'll be trying to hit something in may. only next time the cut will be there.

    snow storm over-hopefully done for year. and I can get back to training 3-4 times a week.
    access bench
    speed bench-3x9 3 different grips
    225x 3 x 9 moved good Tone asked if I was going to move weight up but decided to stay.
    military press lockouts 185 x 6 x 3 too easy and probably set one hole to high.
    super set db rows and rope pushdowns
    90 x 12 x4 70 x 12 x 4
    front raises super with cable curls
    45x 15 x 3 30 x 15 x3
    burn out on tri ext mach 65 x 12 each arm then right to 25 with both
    Good training tonight. Getting ready to push now, I think 7 weeks out from Saturday. I have 2 weeks in shirt coming so time will tell.

    Ordered a new shirt from Ken Anderson. Wow amazed ordered on a Tuesday received on a Friday . That's great service. Anyway I'm giving the super katana low cut collar a run.
    Bar x 10 x2. 135 x 5 x 2
    225 x 1. 315 x 1
    365 x 1
    Shirt on - it was snug but not as tight as the other one I have been using. The one I was using was altered though.
    495 x 2 3brd. Was able to get my middle fingers to rings
    585 x 2 2 brd hands all the way to comp grip
    655 x 2 1 brd. Pr felt easy
    710 x 2 1 brd. Another pr - second rep was hairy didn't turn my elbows out. But weight flew considering this was 5 lbs over what I just hit in meet good sign.
    755 x 0 1 brd - no go- out of gas maybe and not same intensity I guess pushed it to 3 maybe 4 brd height and done.
    Wrist hurt bad in this one. Something been dealing with since meet.

    Ken Anderson is the man when it comes to customer service! All my Titan gear came from him, he even has a fast turn around on alterations. I'm not sure exactly what he can do, but he did do some work to my BOSS suit.

    Nice work on the PR! Are you planning on going 275 or 242 for your next meet?

    Not really sure what weight I'll compete at. I have been of my diet for awhile and weight has snuck back up to 260. However started back yesterday cleaning it up. See where I am may 1 before I decide.

    Tone talked me into going for 405 after the 365 said it was too easy.
    I fought him about it cause it was supposed to be a heavy shirt night. Then hit it pretty easy.

    Shirt on low cut collar 50
    545 x2 3 brd. 635 x 2 1 brd
    695 x 1.1 brd bad set had tone take off shirt

    Put on blue katana
    585 x 2 3brd to set shirt
    745 x1 1 brd pr
    And back to the blue katana single ply.
    Other shirt is stretched or just not getting same result.
