    Shirt on

    675 x 1. Chest

    Well everything felt heavy tonight. I let myself down by getting carried away on Saturday. I lost sight of my goal!!!
    I will come up with a new plan. Probably squat one Saturday and pull the next. Plus also shirt every other week

    Alright after Monday decided to just do blood flow work durning the week.
    Also decided to squat one week and pull the next. Pull won't be heavy mostly be speed work so I can stay healthy and focus in bench only meet in September.

    Good plan squatting one and speed pulling the other, shirt up the weeks after the pulls so you won't be taxed.

    Been training just haven't been keeping up with journal. I'm 8 weeks out from meet so time to dial in my training. Can't do anything that is going to help me reach my goal. I'm on deload this next week then shirt up Monday. Looking forward to it. Time to get after this. Meet goal is 760 range.
