135+40lb chain x5
135+80lb chain x5 (kept this chain throughout)
Floor Presses were supersetted w/rope cable face pulls 3x15 and rotating face pulls 2x10
Moderate weight and volume was the prescription for today. I wont be lifting at all next week, just throwing a few times since i have a highland games competition next week. I want to be nice and fresh for it.
