    475 Box squat



    After wrist surgery 3months ago, to fix my fractured scaphoid, I was only able to squat using a safety squat bar for the first 6 weeks until i was able to hold onto a regular bar again. i have been able to bench with a close grip in the last 4 weeks with no problems, but a wide grip just aint happening yet.

    the good news is Ive been smashing PRs on all my ME squats since the surgery though -which has kept my mind off not being able to bench anything heavy. got a competition on April 5th, as long as i beat my previous squat of 201kg I'll be a happy man.

    Today felt no different than any other. I hadn't done this lift in a long time, but i was really surprised at how much i got

    @ 82.5kg/ 181 junior raw
    S: 192.5kg/424
    B: 130 kg/286
    D: 225kg/495
    best gym lifts:
    S: 182.5kg/400
    B: 135 kg/300
    D: 220 kg/485
