    Knee wrap rope trick?

I remember watching some one use a rope to finish off the knee wrap. They put a rope on the second to last rotation and then covered it and then did something. It pulled the wrap through to anchor it and make the most of the wrap.

Any one seen this? Newer wraps these days are so thick and it's a bitch getting that last full rotation and being able to tuck the wrap snug.

I tie a knot with the wrap. It's a lot easier to get them off after.

I wrap everyone's knees in Jersey Iron the same way as the video, but I start from under the knee and wrap up. A little trick is to not pull the wrap all the way through so you can just pull down on the remaining wrap for a quick release unwrap.
