I've been dealing with illness this year and have dropped to 157 lbs, at 6 ft 1, and probably between 16-19% bodyfat.
My family is worried that I'm getting too thin, but I still have some belly fat.
Would it be unhealthy to diet and get down to 13-14% bodyfat at 150 lbs or something like that?
Seems like my weight has to go VERY low to lose fat.
Would you bulk up now?
