    12 weeks out...SQ/DL video

    Very happy with this set. It was pretty tough and it got ugly, but I hit my goal and smashed a PR!

    Sumo DL-585x4.5
    This is the first time I pulled sumo this heavy in a long time. Last time I attempted 585, I got it for a double with Titan BOSS briefs. So this is a pretty big improvement. I'm going to continue working my sumo, and I'll switch back to conventional when I'm 6 weeks out. I will also pull conventional on my deload weeks to work on speed and form.

    Thanks guys!!! Nick, I'm not sure yet. I'm really thinking about going 242 for this meet, but we'll see. For RUM7, I weighed in at 257, but I also weighed in after 6pm.
