the only thing i have is a straight bar, a bench, a pull up bar, and some misc dumbells... i do a lot of exercises with them all and do abs and ****, but can someone think of a routine i can do, with limited equipment
why don't you post what you ARE doing and go from there?
ok here we go
3 set of pull ups to failure
3 sets of 10 con curls
3 sets of 10 bent over rows
3 sets of 10 shoulder presses
1 set of 10 decline press
1 set of 8 incline press
2 set of 10 flat press
wrist roller 3 sets each way until failure
usually about 3 sets of crunches until failure
sometimes do an ab wheel...
Do deadlifts and maybe dumb bell squats and hack squats for your legs if you don't have a rack.
what he hell are hack squats?
Have you tried lunges before? Could use your dumbells for this...
It seems like you could do a lot with that equipment. For example, clean and jerk the weight for a back squat, or clean it for a front squat. A hack squat is this:
