    Reverse hypers are another good low-back exercise.Look what they did for Louie Simmons.

    Lying face down on a bench with your hips on the end, you raise your legs to a position parallel with the bench.

    Some gyms have reverse hyper benches.Otherwise, you'll have to improvise as shown in the pic above.I've found that pausing in the contracted position for a second or two, really adds to the intensity of the movement.

    your supposed to keep your knees slightly bent....there's another one called a straight-leg deadlift, where you keep your knees locked but that can get ya hurt IMO.

    well the point of a stiff-legged is that you don't bend your knees all the way down like you would in a traditional dead. so i guess..mainly..i'm not sure what your point was with that statement.
