Are they overated ?
Are dumbell curls just as effective?
Does anyone consistently work withough barbell curls...
I generally stick with 2 exercises of 2 sets each for biceps..I have never really got on with barbell curls, I often feel it in my wrists too much..
Also what are everyones opinions on hammer curls ? I stopped them for a while and I think I actually noticed my forearms get less developed from quitting them..
Anyway so I might go back to a non barbell bicep routine..
2 x incline seated curls
2 x hammer curls
Any ideas ?
