    list of foods w/o carbs.

    Anybody know where I can find a list of foods with 5grams of carbs in them or less...
    Also.. if you ever did the small carb diet. What were your final results? What did you eat? Thanks for the help

    I think almost all meats and fish have little to no carbs. Like a can of tuna has zero, and so does chicken breast, etc....

    Low carb diets rock! Just be careful tho' as you do have to have some and feed the brain....

    I wouldn't be able to survive on a low carb diet. Too many head aches for me.
