    its friday again my leg day and im still sore from last should I...

    should I continue my routine this friday like I normally do?
    Last Friday i went all out and Maxed and killed my legs. One of the most intens leg day I had yet happy to say I finally hit 900 6X ont the LP. I am still a little sore when flex and hold my quads. Should I go full intensity this today?
    Age 23 Height 5'10 weight 210 2 years complete of serious lifting.
    At 5'10" last Jan/02 I was 280 Lbs with a 44 waist.
    Now as of Dec/02 I am 210 with a 34-36 waist. A year complete 70 pounds lost now lets get big .
    Goal Deadlift 500 by summer now..

    03/03/03 455X1
    03/10/03 455X3 "rack pull" 500X1 "rack pull MISS"
    03/17/03 405X6, "Rack Pulls 505X3, 525X1.... 555X1 Miss"

    05/12/03 475X1 Easy!!! 500X1 Miss"real close"

    personally I wouldn't train at all

    if I did I would go really light

    You are still sore from a workout 7 days ago? Are you eating enough? Personally I would go for a long walk or something, or as Holto said, train light.

    I usually recover in about 4 to 5 but I have been doing more cardio on the bike and stepper this week also. My diet has improved actually so I dont think its the food. I could be wrong though.

    It may be the cardio if you started doing some more. I ran for the first time this week in awhile and my calves and hams are killing me. I hope I can recover by this Sunday to kill my legs again.
    but, yeah, I'd guess it would be the cardio.
    Squat - 505
    Bench - 325
    Deadlift - 550
    Total - 1380@175
