What's everyone's thoughts on creatine grams per day. I have done 5 for years and just recently uped that to 10 grams last meet cycle. Some suggest going into the 20-25g dose per day. Any one doing that? I want every advantage I can get on meet day and don't want to not use something to the best of its abilities.

I'm still on 5 a day.

I do 10 a workout. From what I understand the body hits a threshold and anything over that is a waste. Someone can google it if they want. I'm going to take a nap.
5g per day is the staple dose, although I have seen a few studies showing 3g per day is comparably effective.
