    Before/After picture question

    I'm looking to do a Before/After thing for the summer and I was wondering is it better to tighten up in both pics or just look normal?

    whichever you want, just make sure they are both the exact same pose though, you don't want to look like an ad where the guy sticks out his tummy in one pic and takes another inside with dark lighting and flexing. tuttut
    My profile picture is about 5 years old, I'll get around to taking some progress pics eventually.
