Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

ok just for everyone else Ozid god weighs 102 kg if I remember correctly and at the moment is not eating that good but wants to start cutting... (just been speaking ni the chat)

    Anyway my ideas..

Your meals should be more balanced.. Some have no carbs, or no fat in.. Try and get a good balance in your meals..

As you at the moeent donlt count calories and eat some bad food I would not suggest counting calories.. The switch to more frequent more helthier meals should start to help you straight away.. The once your progress stops or slows you might want to look at how much you are eating and bring the calories down a bit..

meal 1:2 whole eggs 4 whites 2 pieces wholemeal toast

** Looks ok to me... Maybe some oats instead of the wheat as many stay waway form wheat as they are cutting..**

meal2 protein shake with water handful of nuts

**no carbs here.. maybe a piece of fruit??***

meal 3 : tuna with salad

**no carbs again... maybe add a small amount,,**

meal4(preworkout)rotein shake with milk and a banana

**save the supplements for after workouts... Have some meat here and some potatoes or oats here?**

meal 5postworkout)rotein bar and maybe a gatorade

**have your banana here.. make this a shake too**

    meal6:chicken or beef and vegetables

    ** looks ok**

Baiscally limit yourself to a shake only postworkout.. Use good rreal food carb sourcres for other meals.. Donlt starve yourself of carbs.. Sure lkeep them low but not so low you donlt have the fuel to workout or survive!

    Hope that helps...

    Yeah....what Hulk said.
I would forget the Gatorade also unless you are really working up a sweat as it is loaded with sodium. Water follows salt so even a jug or 2 of gatorade would probably do more harm than good.
Try to drink at least 2 liters of water. Myself, I do not even like water so its a struggle for me plus-you get all those fun, extra trips to the can.
    Good luck....

I was talking with a nationally certified physiotherapist last week and he said if you are going to drink gatorade during competition or working out, then dillute it with water in a 1:1 ratio. So put 1 cup of gatorade in a bottle, then 1 cup of water.
