Cable Crunches vs. Weighted Crunches
Which one is more effective for working the abs:kneeling cable crunches or weighted crunches where u hold the weight plate on your chest?
Both are very good............
I'm not sure that one is "better" than the other. I would use one for a few weeks then switch to the other one for a few weeks. Or if you tain abs twice a week use one for workout #1 and the other for workout #2.
try putting the weight plate to your forehead instead
- this is my personal preference
