My goals are simple... I'm a simple guy so I can have simple goals. I go to the gym to unleash my hate for the world(stressful days) and then I go home and rest. My Diet consists of :::: TOP SECRET ::::

I have one goal and one goal only,
To win Superbody 2002. Beercan said I should try it so I'm going to win it, to bad for him this will be a show that he particapates in. Hopefully he will be in a lower weight class then me so that he may have a chance at getting a trophy, hehehehe, j/k

Emerald Cup 2002, which is a national qualifier is the show I'm doing before Superbody. I have a feeling that I will take my class if not the whole damn package.

No competing until 2002... thank you

Haven't worked out in a few days because I'm inbetween jobs right now so it's hecitc but tonight I do legs regardless.
Right now I'm looking to be 200+ in 2 months time so it's imperative that I eat more food and lift like a mad man each time I go to the gym...
