    wats skull crusher and hammer curls?

    couldnt it find the animation for it on exrx. could any1 show or tell me how these are done.. thanks

    what's your first language?

    exrx has a demo for deadlifts. hammer curls you grip the weight, and curl it in a normal curl motion, but with your palm facing in the whole time, basically it should look like you're holding a hammer. I think exrx has skull crushers listed as 'lying extensions'

    french curls....you mean french press???? if so it's the same as skullcrusher.

    deadlift is pretty simple in all actuality. You basically squat down, and pick the weight up. Of course you have to make sure to keep your back straight and try to come up in one simple motion with your back moving up at the same speed as your legs. But, it'll seem much simpler once you doi t.

    Deadlift would be listed under the glutes section on exrx.net. Basically it's where you bend over and pick a barbell up off the floor by straightening your body. Learn more about it before you try it. French PRESS is the same as a skull crusher...
