i heard people talk about taking protein before going to bed
but they tell me to avoid carbs right before bed.
so what should i take...
currently i have no access to suppleemnts so
any natural food which is good before going to bed.
I like a can of tuna and a couple big globs of natty peanut butter.
and eggs. Have a couple of whole eggs and a few extra whites too boost the total protein without adding to much extra fat.
