    Waaaaaaagh!

    OK here's my plan, I"m miserably tired of being fat.

    So here's what I'm thinking I'll do.

    1. Eat healthier
    2. 1 hour of cardio each day preferably in the morning.
    3. Xenadrine.


    Am I forgetting anything vital?
