    is there something bad about pickled (in vinegar) veggies? a lot of my greens i eat are pickled, will that have a negative effect on muscle gains?

    Are you talking about Kimchee? If its jsut in vinegar, I wouldnt say that there is any big problem with it. Vinegar is a good source of potassium which helps endurance, and actually ancient warriors used to carry a bottle of vinegar with them into battle to pickle the heads and eyes of their enemies, taking them home to their wives and children as momentos, only learning during a practical joke later on in presocratic times that it was an important part of the ancient warrior's diet.
