here is my diet I think it's not bad But what about u ppl??
I'm 19 75kg weight (approx 185p) 178 high
Beakfast: 6 eggs (1 whole 5whites) with green onion + 1 glass of yogurt.
snack: Protein shake(1/2 L of milk, frozen fruits, oats, banana and some of carrots)
Lunch:1 can tuna or mixure vegetables with 1 glass of yogurt.
snack: protein shake and 1 apple .
dinner: chicken breast with soya bean or black bean or liver.
before bed: 1glass of lemon juice.
